Avocado Butter is designed for topical use, and is formulated with 100% pure, ultra-refined Avocado Oil for its fatty acids. Added non-GMO Soy Butter affords an odorless white base that is soft but rich, and melts quickly on contact with the skin. it has a Mild to no scent.

Avocado butter is popular for the hydration of dry, mature skin, and hair. This product is soft at room temperature and slowly melts on contact with the skin, and may be used from 3% in a product to 100% as a body balm. Especially helpful to nails and cuticles, it may be used to enhance the emollience of a variety of formulations including lotions, creams, after-sun products, conditioners, body butters, luxury soaps, baby-care products and lip balms.

Description

Hexanediol CG is a multifunctional ingredient used as a solvent, emollient, moisturizing agent, and preservative in skin and hair care applications. It is a colorless hygroscopic liquid with a good humectant effect and spreadability. Suspending microbial growth, 1,2-Hexanediol is an ecologically friendly preservative and booster for other preservatives. Used as an emollient, it stabilizes emulsions while helping solubilize other active ingredients. In decorative cosmetics and anhydrous formulas, 1,2-Hexanediol is used for pigment wetting, control of viscosity, and stickness.

Thanks to compatibility with a wide range of ingredients, 1,2-Hexanediol is readily incorporated into the formulations, working well with surfactants, oils, and violate compounds, improving sensation, consistency, and penetration. It exhibits good compatibility with skin (losest irritation or sensibilization), excellent biological degradation profile, and antioxidant boosting effect. This diol found its application in many cleansers, creams, lotions, masks, hair care, and sensitive skin care products.

Haxanediol CG is Blend of 1,2-hexanediol and 1,2-octanediol (caprylyl glycol) , (with two hydroxy groups on 1 and 2 positions and six carbon atoms).
